I’m really into my eco-friendly sweater! Appreciate the quick shipping.

This dress is fantastic and matches the description perfectly. I was unsure about my size, so I decided to get both options. The customer service team contacted me to assist in avoiding return fees and customs charges, and we worked together to determine the right size for this dress. Really grateful for that! I bought 2 pairs of socks, and they fell apart after just one wash. I didn’t use any bleach or crank up the heat, nor did I spin them too fast. I requested a refund, but I’m still waiting for a response. The idea behind the store is solid, but they don’t seem to care much about their customers.

Thanks for processing the refund. There seems to be a bit of a mix-up, but I wouldn’t say it was just 'a small thread' that came loose. The threads in the ribbing broke, making it weaker, which means it won’t hold up for long. And just to clarify, I don’t just toss my clothes aside; I wear them until they’re totally worn out.

This has been my favorite shopping experience in the 5 years I've spent in the Netherlands. Claudia was incredibly friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about the brands available at The Green Labels. I bought some sneakers because the price was pretty good and they claimed delivery would happen in just a couple of days. Here I am, 9 days later, and still no shipping update. I reached out to customer support a week after I placed my order, and they informed me that I had chosen a marketplace brand, which could mean a longer wait for processing. This is totally at odds with the fast shipping promise on the product page. I was told I'd get an update from their rep, but nothing came through. I'm going to cancel my order and really hope I can get my money back...
